Do I need to be an expert to use Riskturn?

Do you offer support to help me build my financial plan?

Riskturn provides a dedicated consulting service to help you thrive with your financial plans. We offer a many-year expertise in different sectors in manufacturing, energy, banking and many more. Are Monte Carlo results reliable?

When is the subscription fee billed?

Monthly subscriptions: every month, you’ll be automatically charged the month’s rate stated at the time of purchase, until you cancel. Yearly subscriptions: every year, you’ll be charged the year’s rate stated at the time of purchase, until you cancel.

In case of rate change, you will always be notified beforehand.

Do you provide training sessions?

We are providing free training sessions on specific topics or functionalities, through webinars. Please write to contact@riskturn.com to be informed about our next training sessions.

Are my data safe on Riskturn?

Riskturn relies on widely known server providers (aws, azure) that provide cutting-edge security. We encrypt password and user information to avoid any data leaks.

PAYMENT

How can I pay for Riskturn?

We accept any type of card payment through Paypal for professional licences. We also accept bank transfers if needed. Please get in touch at contact@riskturn.com if you want more detail about payment methods for enterprise licences

Can I get a refund if I am not satisfied with Riskturn?

If you cancel within 7 days of your order, you’ll be fully refunded. Should you cancel after 7 days, your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that billing period.

How do I unsusbcribe from the service?

Unsubscriptions can be made any time:

on your PayPal account in “My money - My preapproved payments” section (read here); through the “Unsubscribe” button in the Account section of Riskturn; by contacting us.

A subscription can be cancelled up until the day of the next scheduled payment.
